Home Inspector Institute is approved by the State of Indiana to provide our pre-licensing course for Home Inspectors!

Our eight day course is intensive, but effective. The classes start and end on Saturday’s. Saturday through Friday you will learn how to inspect a home from inside to out and the Standards of Practice for home inspections. The final Saturday you will learn how to succeed in business with business administration and marketing.
